Spring is officially here, and April is the perfect time to get those vegetable gardens going! As a new gardener, I’ve been diving headfirst into learning what to plant, when to plant it, and how to give everything the best start. There are so many veggies you can grow in April depending on your zone, but in this video, I’m keeping it simple and sharing only what I’m growing in my garden this month.

I’ve got a big list, and I’m honestly so excited about it. Some of these veggies I started from seed indoors, and now they’re ready to head outside. Others I’m starting fresh right in the garden. From leafy greens to warm-weather favorites, I’m trying a little bit of everything to learn as I grow — and I can’t wait to see what thrives.

This video isn’t a master list of everything you could grow — it’s more like a peek into my real-life garden as a beginner figuring things out one seed at a time. I hope it inspires you to plant something new too, even if you’re just starting with a container or a small bed.
