Using Miracle Gro to transplant your Fig Tree

Hello everyone thanks for all your support. I find that the best way to transplant my fig trees is in the evenings when the forecast is not too hot. I use a little bio char, my own soil, miracle grow, mulch and tender loving care to get the job done ! Using bio char increases the overall health of most fruit trees. Figs are easy to gro and easy to propagate.

Figs are superfood because, overall, their nutritional. They have the highest mineral and fiber content of all common fruits, nuts, or vegetables. One serving of figs (fresh or dried) provides 6% of the Daily Value for calcium and iron, and 7% of the Daily Value for potassium. Figs can reduce inflammation that’s linked to the development of cancer. Due to high levels of another flavonoid called luteolin, figs have very specific anti-inflammatory actions in the body. Luteolin has strong antioxidant capabilities and is very effective at neutralizing free radicals.
