Since its inception in 1996, Levels Barbershop has become a trusted fixture within the many communities that it serves. With a total of four locations—425 West 125th; 2032 Lexington Avenue; 915 Fulton Street Brooklyn N.Y 159-06 Hillside Avenue Jamaica, NY —the Levels name represents professionalism, community and most importantly the art of barbering. Specializing in styling, grooming and overall hair care for men, women and children; Levels’ services include hair cuts, trims, natural styling, designing, dye, straight razor shaves and facials. All of our barbers are fully accredited, talented and innovative. They are the driving force behind the Level mission to provide a quality service and engage the community that we join.
Not your typical barbershop; each Levels location has a signature look of red and gold, from the gold leaf window signs to the hardwood floors, antique barber chairs, and worldly art on display. Throughout the shops you will also find an array of historic barber memorabilia—from antique clips, porter brushes and razorblade banks. Due to its pleasing aesthetic, Levels is often the backdrop for such show tapings as HBO’s documentary “Cutting Edge”, TV One’s “Sharp Talk”, BET’s Top 25 Countdown, ESPN 2’s Cuttin’ Up and MTV’s Sucka Free Sundays.
