The snowstorm hit unexpectedly, leaving my garden completely blanketed in a thick layer of snow. As I stepped outside, the scene was breathtaking but also a bit concerning. None of my crops were covered or protected, and I couldn’t help but wonder how they were holding up under the sudden frost. The once vibrant green rows are now hidden beneath a pristine, icy veil.

Thankfully, I’ve planted cold-hardy vegetables this season, including cabbages, arugula, carrots, and garlic. These crops are known for their resilience in lower temperatures, but will they survive being buried under snow? This storm was a real test for both my garden and my nerves as a new gardener.
