In this video, I show how to use mouse traps in the garden. These mouse traps are for catching voles. This is a great way to stop the voles and not use poison in the garden. When baiting mouse traps I use peanut butter. I show where I place the peanut butter to make it easier for the trap to catch the vole. Once the mouse trap is ready it is important to place the trap in front of the vole hole. The next important step is to cover the trap so the voles will feel comfortable coming out the tunnel. This should stop voles eating watermelon plants.
