In this video I am demonstrating how to prune a tomato plant successfully. Pruning is going to make sure the plant stays healthy. Cutting the leaves that touch the ground keeps the plant from catching a disease. This will also help the plant to produce healthy tomatoes. Remember we are trying to grow tomatoes and not leaves. I also explained how to tell the difference between a sucker and the sun leaves. Pruning the suckers will channel the energy to growing tomatoes. I also explained how to take the suckers and turn them into more tomatoes plants.
