How To Make Lemon Blueberry & Cream Cheese Cookies
These cookies are absolutely Delicious! Didn’t last very long either.
BTW…. CORRECTION: You only need 1/4 tsp of salt. 🙂

The Recipe:
2 C. Blueberries
1 C Turbinado Sugar
1/2 Stick butter
4 oz. Cream cheese
1 egg
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs lemon zest
2 1/2 C Unbleached Flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp corn starch
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Glaze:
1 C powdered sugar
1 Tbs. milk
2 T lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
