In this video, I show how to fight the cucumber beetle. I’m using a weed in the garden to attract the beetles to that plant. The beetles love that weed more than the cucumber plant. The cucumber plants do not have any pest pressure on them. This organic pest control is a game changer because the beetles are going to another location. If you have weeds in the front yard, you can move them to the back like I demonstrated. When the beetles make it to the weed, you can spray them if you want too. Harvesting cucumbers is made easier because the beetles will be on another plant.
