Growing Mushrooms at Home! | Urban Homesteading

A super simple project that has drastically improved cooking and convenience in our kitchen. We will also be foraging herbs of #stjohnswort and #rosemary that are wonderful at treating anxiety as well as fighting off viruses/bacteria/fungi with the change in season. Our beds feature the no dig or lasagna style soil makeup and only has organic seeds sown or transplants. The garden is currently 85% planted from seeds we grew or cuttings including the trees.
