Today I needed to do something that made me feel grounded again. I shared the truth about what happened to my original channel being hacked, how it affected me emotionally, and how I’m slowly rebuilding from scratch.

I’ve been at a really low point — mentally, emotionally, and physically. Depression is real, and losing years of work overnight hurt deeply. But I am choosing to keep going. To keep creating. To keep showing up for myself.

In this video, I made fresh juice to nourish my body, prepped a pico bean salad so I can start eating again, and opened up about my journey back — and the steps I’m taking to move forward.

If you’re going through something hard, I hope this video reminds you that you’re not alone. Healing takes time — and we’re going to push through together. 💛
