From Garden to Apothecary | Making Fire Cider, Herbal Salts & Healing Tinctures at Home

I made a fire cider using fresh ingredients, a Thai basil salt and rosemary salt with homegrown herbs, and even jarred up dried rosemary for tea. I also finished and strained two tinctures — one made with yarrow and one with yerba mate — using 80-proof vodka.

Plus, I’m sharing a glimpse of our hibiscus roselle fresco made with fresh mint and raw sugar for a delicious, healing, and refreshing drink.
