Dad feeds the kids first and then takes his AG1 following his morning garage gym training. As a father of three it’s important to make sure all of us dad’s start art morning off with healthy habits. The rest of the day can sometimes get the best of us it happens but if we can just control the mornings we have a better chance of making healthy choices later in the day.
