LIVE TRIAL–State vs. Myles Bryant | KILLER COP?! Day 1

Let’s watch this trial together! Learn the behind the scenes workings of a murder trial! Context: Myles Bryant rejected the prosecution’s plea deal before jury selection got underway Monday. He told the court he was ready to go to trial on murder charges in the death of 16-year-old Susana Morales. Bryant is accused of kidnapping and killing Morales as she walked home from a friend’s house in July 2022. In the warrant application, officials allege that Bryant, who was working as a police officer at the time of Morales’ death, lives close to where she was last reported on Windscape Village Lane in Norcross and dumped her naked body in the woods. Police also accuse Bryant of falsely reporting that his vehicle had been broken into and that his gun was stolen. Bryant claimed he left his truck door unlocked when the theft occurred, but Gwinnett County’s police chief said his investigators found Bryant’s handgun in the same wooded area on Drowning Creek Road where they found Morales’s remains. Former Doraville Police Department Officer Miles Bryant arrested in death of 16-year-old Susana Morales. During jury selection, one potential juror admitted serving on the jury would prove difficult, saying, “It’s not like we are talking about a car accident or somebody steal a watch from a store. It has long-lasting consequences, and it’s a scary place to be, in one of those chairs.” If convicted, the former Doraville Police officer faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Crazy, insane situation where boyfriend beater punches cop in the face during arrest! Context: On March 5th, 2023, officers responded to a case of domestic violence. Upon arriving at the scene, they tried to talk to one of the women involved, but she was uncooperative and kept screaming at a man. The woman continued to yell at the man even after the officer’s repeated requests not to do so. She showed no signs of stopping her erratic behaviour. The female was charged with domestic dispute, domestic battery, aggravated battery upon a peace officer and resisting arrest.

We all make mistakes. To get back to the way things were before, we have to take ownership of our actions. It is embarrassing. It is also a necessary step on the road to redemption. @RekietaLaw

But six months ago, when Cassie’s complaint was filed, I did a live stream where I firmly stated: “I stand with Puffy–today.” Was I on the “wrong side of history”? Did that video “not age well”? Time for you to express your opinion and, for those that are mad at me, to hold me accountable! Let’s do a Smoke Show. Context: Federal agents raided homes in Los Angeles and the Miami area on Monday that are connected to the hip-hop mogul Sean Combs, a person with knowledge of the case said. Homeland Security Investigations carried out the raids but did not provide details about the case, including whether Mr. Combs was a target or which criminal charges were being investigated. Mr. Combs, who is also known as Puff Daddy or Diddy, has been accused of sexual assault and sex trafficking in multiple civil lawsuits over the last several months. A spokesperson for Mr. Combs did not respond to a request for comment. The criminal inquiry was being conducted by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York and federal agents with Homeland Security, a law-enforcement official said. Nicholas Biase, a spokesman for the Southern District, declined to comment. He has five No. 1s on the Billboard Hot 100 and 15 hits in the top 10 — and that doesn’t even include his work producing hits for others. The thing about legacies is that they’re fragile — and something that took decades to be put together brick by brick can be seemingly dismantled overnight. Just two months after being honored with the Global Icon Award at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, the hip-hop world was turned on its head when Combs’ ex Cassie filed a bombshell lawsuit Nov. 16 accusing the music industry mogul of years of sexual misconduct and abuse during their time together. The lawsuit was settled in less than 24 hours, but the floodgates had opened. The artist was peppered with a litany of sexual misconduct-related lawsuits to close out 2023, and they continued into 2024. Combs denied the allegations against him in December. “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” he wrote. “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.” Civil suits continued to stack, and the heat was ratcheted up several levels when Homeland Security stepped in on March 25 to raid the music mogul’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami, with the Bad Boy boss being linked to a sex trafficking investigation, according to CNN. FULL BREAKDOWN OF COMPLAINT against @KingAkademiks! This is crazy!! Context: According to documents obtained by XXL on Tuesday (May 14), @KingAkademiks, born Livingston Allen, is being sued by Fauziya “Ziya” Abashe who filed a r— and defamation lawsuit against Ak on Monday (May 13) in New Jersey Superior Court. In her 30-page lawsuit, Abashe alleges that on July 16, 2022, Ak contacted her and invited her to his house in New Jersey. While at Ak’s home, he and his two accomplices, identified as John Does 1 and John Does 2, would drug and r— her. On the morning after the incident, Abashe was unaware of what happened and only became aware after Akademiks showed her surveillance footage of her being sexually assaulted by John Doe 1 and John Doe 2 on his pool deck. Abashe states in her suit that she reported the incident to police and a r— kit was performed, which revealed that she had been sexually assaulted.Since the alleged r—, Abashe refrained from commenting on the incident until Dec. 30, 2023. On that date, she claimed that she had seen Ak defame her on social media. According to Abash, the popular podcaster accused her of voluntarily having an orgy with his friends at his home while maintaining that he never participated at all. Angered by Akademik’s false statements about her, Abashe released a video addressing his alleged involvement in her sexual assault. Abashe also states in her documents that she has suffered significant physical and psychological pain, as well as dignity and invasion of her privacy following the alleged sexual assault. Additionally, Abashe claims that DJ Akademiks’ false public statements about her are grounds for defamation. Additionally, in her lawsuit, Abashe presented photographic evidence of her physical injuries, along with a screenshot obtained from surveillance footage capturing the purported sexual assault. DJ Akademiks addressed his legal case during an afternoon livestream. According to the 32-year-old podcaster, he had been clear of any wrongdoing by police and that this is a shakedown for money. “Just know that according to the law and according to the police and according to all sanctioning governing authorities, academics is an innocent man who has not ever been charged with anything of the sort that has to do with any deviancy or anything like that has never been charged will never be charged,” he said.

Divorce Attorney EXPOSES The WAR Between “Dark Meat” Jeezy and Jeannie Mai!

I, as a 20-year attorney, show you some of the CRAZY court filings and explain them all so you can understand the INFERNO that Jeannie Mai is putting Young Jeezy through! Context: If you’ve been keeping tabs on the latest updates as it relates to the impending divorce between rapper Jeezy and soon-to-be ex-wife and former host of “The Real” Jeannie Mai, then you know that it hasn’t been a walk in the park. Just last month, things took an uglier turn when Jeannie alleged in new court documents that she endured both physical and verbal abuse at the hands of Jeezy on several instances. Prior to that, we told you how the “Put On” rapper had filed for primary custody of their two-year-old Monaco citing his belief that she “would have more stability.” He later walked that back and amended his request for both he and Jeanni to have equal amount. And before that, Jeezy alleged that Jeannie was “gatekeeping” their child which in turned prompted her to clap back against those claims and allege that she had concerns for “reasonable safety” stemming from alleged unsafely stored arms (presumably owned by Jeezy) that were around while the toddler was present. Now, in new court documents obtained by People, it looks like we may now know part of the reason why this whole mess has been, well…..a mess. According to Jeezy, he’s alleged that Jeannie wanted to have another child with him via in-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment after he communicated with her his plans to file for divorce in June 2023. The couple had allegedly been trying to conceive again naturally for “over a year,” but to no avail. Per the parameters of the procedure, you need your partner’s sign off before you can move forward and according to Jeezy’s lawyers—these allegations about abuse from Jeannie all stem from the fact that Jeezy declined to go that route with her and instead decided to uncouple instead.
