Black Rot In Cabbage- HELP! Are My Cabbages DYING?

In this video, I am questioning if I have black rot in cabbage. I started noticing yellowing of the leaves and started becoming concerned. What is Black rot and how do you prevent it?

This common disease amongst cabbages and other cruciferous vegetables is caused by the bacteria Xanthomonas campestris. The symptoms are usually black veins in the leaves, yellowing of leaves, stunted growth and rotting smell. There is no cure for black rot, so if you suspect that your plant has this disease, it is best to remove them immediately so it doesn’t affect surrounding plants.

I am praying that the case with my cabbages. I did remove all of the yellow leaves and will continue to monitor them and keep y’all posted.
