Corona Virus lockdown/ Gym closed.. COVID19

Hello family this was our last day before the gym closed as a result of covid19. Folks this is real take care of your family stay healthy, grow your own food and exercise. Alternative workout go for family walks or do more yard work… lol We are spending more quality time together going for family walks, working out in my Man Cave or in my yard. This virus is not going to slow us down, we are adjusting and making changes. Stay safe and wash your hands. Stay home and practice social distancing. No need to visit anyone during this crisis and yes it is a crisis. God bless again better yards better garden!! Love Supreme
