Are These Vegetable Sprouts or Weeds in The Garden? Should I Let Them Live?

I am a newcomer to gardening and I started noticing what looks like weeds in the garden beds. Or are they? Too be honest with y’all, I don’t know what they are or who put them there. Should I be concerned? If so, how do I kill them and keep them from coming back. I will have to investigate further. All of my gardening beginners, come and follow my journey.!
