Growing Garlic in Zone 9

Growing Garlic in zone 9 has always been a Challenge!! In order to achieve that bulb that I do desire there must be Cold Weather.. My New Orleans weather is Sub-Tropical.. We Do Not Have hard cold Winters, Because of this I must grow garlic that loves my weather.. There is Creole and Italian Garlic That will give me that bulb.. August 2017 I planted 45 Italian Garlic.. Looking forward to Summer 2018.. Will I get That BULB??Check back..lol
