Fall PlantBased HotPot

Hot pots are my absolute favorite — there are endless ways to make them! Sometimes I go the traditional route, but most of the time I just load mine up with veggies, mushrooms, garlic, broth, chili oil, hoisin, and a little hot pot paste. With the weather changing, I’m deep into soup season, and this one always hits. If you make hot pots, what do you put in yours?
