Out with the old, In with the new!

These collards have been growing strong in my garden for over two years! I started them from seeds I purchased from Melanated Organics and Plant N Heal and they’ve been nothing short of amazing.

For two years, these plants fed myself, my family, and my friends—even while battling aphids, caterpillars, and more. Through it all, they remained resilient. I cared for them year-round, carefully picking the outer leaves to keep them thriving. And the wildest part? When I cut off one head, they’d grow three more heads in its place. Truly a lesson in abundance and perseverance!
